This policy is limited to machines and non-perishable items. Parts, Gifts item, coffee (opened or unopened), close out items, cannot be returned.

You may return unused merchandise within 30 days from the original date of purchase for a full refund, minus our shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in new condition, and include all accessories and manuals.

Original shipping charges or a restocking fee of up to 15% (to cover our shipping cost if the order was shipped for free)

A 30% restocking fee will be assessed on all products that are returned with damaged or missing documentation, accessories or packaging.

We can not accept returns of items that have been used or are missing original components or packaging.
