Q. What is the recommended brewing process?

A. Once you've got fresh coffee beans, there's still one more step.

            *Grind beans just before brewing.

            *Grind beans in small batches.

            *Measure 1.5 - 2T. of coffee per 6-8oz of water. This makes a deep, flavorful cup of coffee. 

            * Always use the freshest, coldest water. 

             *Keep brew time to about 4-5 minutes.

Q. How should my coffee be ground?

A. Different brewing systems require different grinds to get the best results. Your barista can advise you on the proper grind for your coffeemaker. Here are a few guidelines:

            * If possible, only grind as much coffee has you intend to use.

            *Choosing the proper grind setting is an art in itself. In general, the faster brewing systems benefit from a finer grind, and slower systems require a more coarse grind.

A. We suggest our guests to buy just a week's worth of coffee at a time. Store your coffee at room temperature,
in a clean, dry, airtight container, in a cool, dark place. Don¡¦t put away refrigerator or freezer storage.

Q. What is the temperature for coffee brewing ?

A.The difference equipment have difference temperature, but the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) prescribes a water temperature of 90 ¡V 95 degrees C (195 - 205 degrees F).

Q. What kind of water can making the coffee ?

A. Coffee is 98 to 99 percent water, so water quality will critically affect the resultant brew's taste. When making coffee, you should only use water that tastes good enough to drink straight. As a result, the best cups of coffee are made with filtered tap water or bottled water.
